Watch Battery Notifier is a phone-and-watch app pair. The watch app reads its own battery level and sends it to the paired phone over the Wearable Data Layer (a local Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Direct connection). The phone app checks the level against your chosen threshold and posts a notification when the battery is low.
